Pastor Vincent Winfrey is married to Apostle Mary Winfrey. He is a loving father of two and grandfather of eight.
In 1993 he supported Apostle Mary Winfrey in starting a new work, Faith Deliverance Tabernacle Inc., in Conley Ga, later known as Faith Deliverance International World Ministries Inc. He became a Deacon of the church in 1994 and was ordained in 1996 by the Late Bishop H.D. Hamilton.
In 1998 Pastor Winfrey completed course-work at Emanuel Bible Institute of Higher Learning and holds a certificate in teaching and he continues to work and strengthens others in the ministry. In 2005, he was later elevated to Co-Pastor, where he was over the Men of Valor Fellowship and The Mind, Body and Soul Ministry that focused on Spiritual Health and Nutrition. Pastor was also known as the Spiritual Coach of the ministry. God has imparted a special grace in Pastor Winfrey for the youth and young boys teaching them by example to be the man God called them to be. Pastor has been referred often as “A Man’s Man”.
Pastor Winfrey earned his BS Degree in Health and Physical Education from Clark College, now known as Clark Atlanta University. He also returned to Clark Atlanta University to complete Post-Baccalaureate studies towards certification. Pastor Winfrey also coached high school sports for over ten (10) years. He currently teaches Health and Physical Education in the Fulton County School System, where he is highly respected by his students, the parents and his co-workers.
Pastor Winfrey’s favorite scripture is the 23rd Psalm and his favorite poem is “Foot Prints In The Sand”. Pastor still says he is a work in progress, God is not through with him yet. To God be the Glory for the things He has already done.
